Bruce Lee believed in weight training for strength, running for endurance, and stretching for flexibility. He incorporated all this into his training regimen. Practicality, Flexibility, Speed, and Efficiency are just one of the benefits from training MMA at Freestyle Fighting Academy.

You train against a non-resisting partner during technique drills to build a muscle memory habit. After you both roll around for a bit you will go live where you will both go at full speed in which each opponent will try to submit each other using any legal technique. The miles and dedication you put in will be endless. You will notice change in your body after 1 week! Your body will feel the best it has ever felt.

Train in UFC style fighting by training in FFA’s MMA program where you will be receiving 1st class work-outs from 1st class instructors at a 1st class gymnasium. Inspired by discipline we encourage all of our members to reach all their goals specified to us during the initial meeting.
